Small World Music co-presented this T.O. début of this Montréal-based Congolese-Canadian who mixes a hefty dose of electro-pop and hip-hop into his music, which he delivers crisply from the stage in four languages. There was a tasty variety of styles here, and he was at his best while getting the crowd dancing.
