In its current incarnation, Picastro sees Liz Hysen backed by Nick Storring (cello), Germaine Liu (percussion) and Khôra's Matthew Ramolo (modular synth) — a non-standard instrumentation that nonetheless offers up a significant rock punch. There's some great synth work here in this new one as the band works toward the follow-up to last year's You.
