A Ryan Driver Quintet / The Tranzac (Southern Cross Lounge) 2014-12-26 (Friday) [FB event]

The keen eye might note that this gig is billed as a Ryan Driver Quintet, not the Ryan Driver Quintet. This Boxing Day special lists Driver as being joined by Rob Clutton, Michael Davidson, Blake Howard and "special guest" Stephen Parkinson. The group's languid approach to standards old and new is sure to be an oasis away from the hurlyburly and a fine chance for a post-xmas moment of decompression.
