The great local electronic sounds on this night were fitting musical companions for J. Schuurman, who was passing through from Victoria. His Psychic Pollution project offers up a very tasty selection of austere moog-powered noodles. Not quite ambient and not quite thrumming with kosmiche propulsion, this feels more like a dream (with a VHS filter) where you're running away from a UFO but stuck in slow-motion.
