Vallens - Consent

Though technically in the "down" time working on new material for their second album, Vallens are popping up enough on good local bills to serve as a reminder that they're one of the city's best right now. Cranked up in the Garrison's sound system, there was a nice balance between Robyn Phillips' guitar (sometimes bold and assertive, sometimes drifting dreamily) and Marta Cikojevic's keyb work.
