Originally Heidi Chan was going to present her Bachelard project in this slot, but she had to reschedule (stay tuned, she'll be back!) so in her place she recommended a friend from the local modular scene. Turned out to be an excellent way to get acquainted with Joe Byer (who also performs as v01d), who brought a very cool-looking table-sized synth. Working from whooshing waves into clanky dubscapes that would slowly start tearing gently at their insides, this was a really intriguing ride.
