One of the biggest weeks of the year, Wavelength's annual anniversary festival is a snapshot of some of the best emerging talent in the city — and the community that surrounds it. One new venue makes its debut, one old venue makes a welcome return, and there are two great (free/all ages) afternoon events as well.
