Full review to follow. The cozy front room at The Garrison was just the right side for this friendly little show, with a couple local bands surfacing to give a reminder of why they're not playing often enough. This long-ish instrumental from Bruised Knees (which I don't think I've heard 'em do before) went in a slightly different direction than their usual, operating more like a double boiler than a pressure cooker.
