This quartet, with an EP under their belt and a debut album forthcoming, offered up some melodic indie pop that hinted at Alvvays as a key influence — but there was also some tasty crunch to the guitars (shades of, say, Plumtree) to keep things lively.

[Roach will be playing in Dan Burke's "Class Of 2020" show at The Monarch on January 18th.
