Glands Of External Secretion - [excerpt]Though on recordings this experimental collage project is a duo of Barbara Manning and Seymour Glass, this live appearance saw only the latter take the stage with a small table full of obscure electronics, a sheaf of notes to read and a microphone. Like some of the night's earlier sets, this felt more like an experimental radiophonic project, the narrator constantly getting caught up in small details — turning them over, observing them from different angles — before getting distracted by something else.
