It's the most wonderful time of the year! The line-up for the 12th annual Wavelength Festival (named, helpfully, TWELVE) was just announced. You should go here and roll around in the goodness for a bit.
There's a fair amount of music there that might be familiar if you've ever traipsed around this blog. Just to wrap things up in a tidy little package, I've uploaded a compilation featuring live recordings from thirteen of the twenty bands that are playing the festival. If you want to go "a la carte", you can dig around in the tag list at the right and find music from the bands playing the festival and much more. Hopefully in time there will be a compilation of live recordings from this festival, like my 2010 and 2011 collections.
Support the artists who make wonderful music like this happen — pay what you can often + enthusiastically. Also: pick one of the Wavelength organizers that most looks like they need a hug, and give them a hug.
