Given a largely attentive crowd while opening things up for touring headliners Bitchin Bajas, Daniel Colussi brought a contained set that leaned more on his lyrics and inflections than sonic propulsion. Backed only by Brandon Gibson-DeGroote on violin, Colussi let the words and images rush out, essaying some tunes from his last couple albums.
