For the release celebration of his Mas Aya project's new album, Brandon Valdivia selected two sonically-divergent openers, each of whom reflected a different aspect of his own work. After Obuxum's economical pop fragments, this crew filled the floor with the indoor version of a Brazilian street party, with thundering percussion and collective chants.
