- I haven't been yet, but I've been hearing good things about the Toronto Electronic Music Open Mic, which is based out of Handlebar. It's happening tonight (Monday, December 11th) with side-by-side staging — 15 minute sets going steadily with one performer playing while the next in the queue is setting up. Sign-ups and walk-ins are still available, last I heard. Starts at 8pm and goes late.
- Meanwhile, The AMBiENT PiNG's DRONE:KLUB returns Thursday (December 14th) with an invitation for all to participate in or experience a live community drone event at the Long & McQuade Clinic Hall. Details at the facebook event.
