Myriad3 - Stoner

An unexpected left turn between the damaged electro-pop and psych-rock, this straight up jazz trio was perhaps the most Rex-friendly booking I've seen at Long Winter. The crowd received Chris Donnelly (keyb), Dan Fortin (double bass) and Ernesto Cervini (drums) with about as much divided attention and chatter as you might get at The Rex, but it was interesting to hear this with the volume cranked up and mixed like a rock band. Calling out the title to this one also helped to get a few folks onside.
